Digital distribution problems

Well, that was... interesting. 😉
The digital distro went off mostly right, but I'd somehow set up a redundant rule to send out Scarlet Steel #1 twice, which I've since corrected (hopefully). The main issue now is that some backers who ordered the digital back issues for Scorpiana got all of them except #2, and for the life of me, I can't figure out why. If it was going to fail, it should have done so for all of them, but the rule for this single item just isn't working as it should. I've asked Backerkit to help me with that, so hopefully I'll get it solved in the near future. In the interim, if that issue is part of your order and you haven't gotten it, let me know, and I'll provide you with a direct link. My apologies for this process being a little messy, but this is a comparatively big project with a lot of moving parts.

Hey, everyone!
We've finally gotten everything together for the digital items, and I'm sending those out tonight. I'm using Backerkit's digital delivery system, and it's not exactly perfect or straightforward, but I think (hope) I've got it all set up correctly. Look for a message from Backerkit with the download link. I apologize in advance for any duplication or other errors; again, I'm working with the tool I have, not the one I want. By all means, if you don't receive your link, or if there is any other problem, don't hesitate to send me a message, and I will do whatever I must to deliver your goods.
